Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Character Studio, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

The service generates photorealistic character images from your text prompts, optionally guided by reference images you upload. Create original characters for stories, games and projects — do not use reference images of real people without their consent, and do not create deceptive imagery of real people.

Your content

You keep ownership of prompts and uploads you provide; images generated for you may be used for your own personal and commercial projects, subject to these terms. Only upload images you own or have the right to use as references.

Credits and payment

Generation features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
